Ordering - We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal payments (credit card and instant bank transfers only).

Shipping - We normally ship within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. We ship using USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Most of our items will ship through USPS Priority or First Class mail and will include delivery confirmation.

Insurance is optional but recommended as we cannot be held responsible for mishaps by the postal service. You may add insurance to your order by clicking here. Any shipping overcharges of $1+ will be refunded as we work out the automated shipping calculations.

We do ship internationally as well for the exact cost of shipping. The charges in the cart are estimates and will be adjusted according to your location.

Returns - We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Items returned must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Refunds or store credit minus shipping costs will be given once we receive the returned items. Restocking fees may apply to larger orders.
